IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

Check in is 4:00 pm, Check out is 11 am. We cannot offer late check out, as we are under contract with our cleaning company. We can only offer early check in based on availability, which is determined 2 days before arrival. If available, the earliest check in is at 12 pm and a $25/hour fee will be charged.
Our condos require the ability to climb multiple flights of stairs. The views are worth it, but you will get your steps in! While we would love to host everyone, if you struggle with mobility and stairs, we are not the best place for you to stay.
We have a NO PET POLICY - including Service & Support animals for all condos, except George 203, where we allow non-shedding dogs under 25 pounds upon approval of host. No exceptions.
Minimum age of renter must be 26 years old., we require a valid ID or Passport to confirm.
While staying with us, renters may not host parties or events or use our space for commercial use purposes.
Nightly rates varies by date and season. Guests save significantly by booking directly through our website.
Full refunds for cancellations made 31 or more days in advance.
We typically have 2 night minimums year round. In the summer, we ask for a minimum of 3 nights.
We are open to temporary housing for corporate relocations, call for monthly rates & availability.
