1) Is your place available?

You can check prices and availability by going to The George and Evelyn Suites on 8th (guestybookings.com) and enter your dates and you will see our availability and pricing.  If your dates are flexible, then just select the condo you are interested in, then in the calendar click in the start date box and don't enter a date - our calendar for this property will pull up and you can see what dates are available.  

 

2) Do you offer discounts?

We recently lowered our prices to our lowest acceptable price. So unfortunately, we do not offer additional discounts.

 

3) I only want to stay 1 night - will you make an exception?

We already looked for some dates that have small open windows and changed minimum nights. Unfortunately, with the process to change this in our system takes a lot of manual work on our end and we cannot guarantee with our travel plans that we can make that happen for you.  

 

4) Do you accept pets?

While we love pets, we have extreme allergies to shedding animals. The only exception is one condo - the George 203, we allow 1 dog under 25lbs that is hypo-allergenic/ non-shedding and need a picture to verify that your pet meets these conditions.  We also charge an additional $100 pet fee. The picture can be sent to thegeorgeandevelyn@gmail.com.

6) What is your address and parking situation?

We are on 8th street - 17 & 21 East 8th is our address.  Parking is private, one space per condo, located behind our buildings - access off 7th street.

8) What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds for cancellations made 31 days or more before your check in.
