We are ON 8th Street in the middle of all the shopping, restaurants and less than 2 blocks from Hope College! Our four two story condos have access from both 8th & 7th street, private outdoor living spaces, 2 separate living rooms, fully stocked kitchens, 1 assigned parking space, sofa sleeper and much more. Options include 1 bed/1 or 1.5 bath & 2 bed / 2 bath residences (800 to 1800 sq ft) that can sleep 4-6 people offering the perfect retreat and upscale experience in the heart of downtown Holland.
Guest Entrance & Private
Our private parking lot is located behind the building at 24 E. 7th Street, Holland MI 49464. Each rental come with ONE reserved parking spot. All extra and oversized vehicles park on the North side of 7th street in public parking. Please note, this lot is also used for the hotel and vehicles are not ticketed for overnight parking.

FAQ
When is check in & check out?
We offer a 4 pm check in and 11 am check out. While we would love to accommodate early and late check ins and outs, our professional cleaning service needs to time to make sure everything is prepared for the next guest.
Are you Pet Friendly?
While we would love to host the entire 'family' unfortunately we cannot allow any animals due to owner health conditions including service and/or support animals in any condo on property.
What is your cancellation policy?
We honor the booking site policies that are provided. Should you book directly with us, we provide a 100% refund for all cancellations made at least 31 days in advance.
How do I get my key?
We are a keyless property with Self Check In.
Door codes are provided 4 hours before check in via text message to the phone number on your reservation.
